Space & Matter Architects: 
Multi-tenant building specifically aimed at the Audio Visual industry. Collective spaces and facilities some specifically aimed at the AudioVisual  are clustered in a volume located at the core of the building called ‘the Villa’.  In contrast with the office space the atmosphere in the Villa is homey and each functional room has a different atmosphere and materialization.

Concept & design: "more light & more space".

The openings are "extended" from ceiling to floor and the kitchen moved to the basement. Next the layout of the bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet, where the walls are at a height of 175 cm making a maximum light transmission in the entire space, from back to front. 

Surface 300 m² - 4 bedroom villa with garage and swimming pool surrounded by forest.

Housing in healthcare

Definitive Design.

Major renovation of the living centers of the Foundation. Old building components are replaced or renovated so that the complex again fullythe current requirements. 

Programme: in total are build 42 social housing units and 72 free controlled sector.

Renovation and expansion Zandvoort Villa. 
At the rear substantial expansion is made ​​with the ground floor rear extension, the kitchen and the attic with two large dormer windows.
All windows are double glazed and roof is insulated. Both the facade and the interior was rebuilt in the original style with great attention to the detailing of windows with modillions and other original details.

Programme: gross floor area: 11.370 m² 

The Hague's central station and its surroundings are in for a major change. Over the next few years the station itself will be upgraded into a modern multi-modal terminal, an integrated hub where all the city's public transport will converge. Clarity of organization, transparency and four-sidedness were the guiding principles when designing the station concourse.
